A software industry veteran, Kordek managed all aspects of direct and digital marketing for Quest Software and was recognized as a marketing innovator and visionary for the $700 million software company. 

Prior to Monolith, Kordek served as the Manager of Email Marketing Transformation at Sears Holdings where he was responsible for the strategy, execution and analysis of all transactional and triggered based email for all brands at Sears Holdings, the nation's fourth largest broadline retailer.

As a high energy leader and a strong advocate for educational based marketing efforts, Andrew's goal is to maximize the customer experience.
